Labor price starts at $1,200. What does that include?
Pulling old 48re or 68rfe
Replacing adapter plate or installed starter spacer(depending on application)
Transmission & transfer case wiring
Install & removal of driveshafts
Cut hole for shift tower
Install clutch hydraulics
Removing factory shifter and rod assembly
Extra prepwork & sourced parts add to total cost:
Dirty parts that need prepped
Center console trimming/remote shifter work
RF hub, reverse light circuit, & programming
Rear main seal, cam seal, or fluid replacements etc
Removing aftermarket wiring from clutch hole
Re-adding aftermarket wiring from clutch hole
Your 2nd gen nv5600 is going to cost less than your 2018 with keyless button start. That’s just common sense.
Your average total is going to be around $8,000 to $12,000 depending on your application, where you source parts, & how many new parts you buy.
If you buy everything new, this can easily be $20,000+ but most people buy used swap kits and have us install them.
We do NOT swap any Aisin trucks or any 19+ trucks.

RF Hub modules are $600+ through AllComputerResource.com and wait times are high.
Any 13 to 18 truck with keyless ignition labor starts at $1,500 due to programming of the new hub, wiring, install and getting all other OEM features to work like factory.
1989 to 2018 start at $1,200. You MUST provide your own manual file tune.
